Headteacher Message

We believe it is important that as parents/guardians you feel welcome in the school. We all believe that the closer the co-operation between home and school the better for all involved. A good relationship between school and home builds a child’s confidence, aids their learning and helps them to fulfil their potential in all areas.  We will always make time for you to discuss any problems you may have and to answer questions.  By talking to us and sharing your child's education you will soon understand how we work and achieve our aims.

We are an experienced and hard working staff with a very supportive and dedicated Governing Board.  Our Parent and Friends Association helps us with fund raising events and all parents and friends are welcome to join us.

We belong to a Cluster of six First Schools in the area, the children mix during joint sports and other planned activities.

I hope this website will tell you about our school, staff and children, the school curriculum and it's facilities.

The school has an open door policy for new and existing parents, so please do not hesitate to contact school if you require a visit, information or have any queries.
